Job summary

BlupaceTech is seeking a Band 2 Desktop Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience for an onsite dispatch role. You will support end-user devices across ChromeOS, Google Workspace, Windows PCs, and core IT infrastructure.

The role emphasizes device provisioning, secure data handling, connectivity troubleshooting, and maintaining a stable workplace. You will work independently on routine issues, support onsite and remote users, and follow ITSM processes for incidents, requests, and assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support experience, on-site.
• Experience with ChromeOS, Windows and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with ITSM processes and tools such as ServiceNow, Jira or Freshservice.

Responsibilities

• ChromeOS setup, enrolment, and troubleshooting.
• Provisioning and imaging of end-user devices.
• Secure data handling and asset management.
• Wired LAN/Wi‑Fi troubleshooting and printer setup.
• Onsite and remote user support across sites.
