Job summary

BRILLIANT COMPUTERS CITADEL AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY seeks a Desktop Support Engineer to provide high-quality onsite and remote support within a corporate IT environment in London. You will handle end-user devices, operating systems, business apps, printers and collaboration tools, resolving issues within SLAs.

The role requires strong technical capability, professional customer engagement and clear communication, acting as the interface between users, the Service Desk and resolver teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering desktop and end-user support in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and OS issues.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily onsite and remote desktop and end-user support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the incident system.
• Escalate more complex incidents to resolver groups and track to resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the support lifecycle.
