Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support for users across multiple locations in the UK. The role covers desktop and mobile devices, peripherals, and basic network tasks, with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience imaging Windows/Apple devices, managing printers and AV equipment, and supporting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace apps.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop and mobile devices (laptops, tablets, Chromebooks).
• Familiarity with image deployment tools for Windows and Apple devices.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace apps.
• IT qualifications equivalent to CompTIA A+ or similar.
• Experience using IT service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support with fast resolutions.
• Maintain device software and hardware across desktops, laptops, and mobiles.
• Troubleshoot printers, scanners, AV equipment, and peripherals.
• Assist imaging, deployment, and asset management.
