Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader to guide and support the online order team, ensuring every order is picked, packed and ready on time. You will coach colleagues, streamline processes, and build cross-functional relationships across the store to sustain high customer service levels.

In this role you will lead the team, monitor performance, and work with the Online Manager to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with store policies and safety standards.

• Experience leading online order routines and coaching teams.

• Ability to analyse department data to identify improvements.
• Maintain high standards for substitutions, safety, and compliance.
