Job summary

Asda is seeking an Online Manager based in Charlton to drive the in-store online operation, ensuring smooth day-to-day activity, fleet readiness, and a strong customer focus. You’ll lead planning, rota effectiveness, and data-guided decision making to optimize online performance.

You will manage a team, develop capabilities, and ensure high standards of availability, service and shrink control across the online channel. Weekend/evening shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Strong organisational skills and great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day online operation in store, ensuring picking accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Lead and coach the team to improve processes, drive availability and customer service with pride.
• Plan and optimise rotas, validate picker and driver resources, and monitor shrink and audits.
