ASDA is seeking an Online Manager to lead the day-to-day online operation within-store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong customer service. You’ll engage and guide the team, schedule rosters, and drive performance to keep orders on track and customers satisfied.

The role requires prior experience in online retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to work days, with a competitive benefits package on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.

Responsibilities

• Lead the online operation in-store, ensuring smooth day-to-day running and rota planning to keep vans on the road and customers happy.
• Drive strategy into action by planning and executing trading activity on the shopfloor and maintaining great availability and key metrics.
• Develop teams and drive changes through leadership, fostering a culture of selling with personality and high pick accuracy.
