Job summary

Asda is seeking an Online Manager in East Retford to lead the in-store online operation, drive performance, and mentor a team across picking, driving, and customer service. This permanent, full-time role involves 45 hours per week with day shifts, ensuring availability and accuracy while delivering a great shopping experience.

You will plan and monitor online activity, manage schedules, coach staff, and implement improvements based on data to keep customers happy and vendors efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a complex online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, pick accuracy, reducing waste and shrink in store online operations.
• Proven ability to plan and execute trading activity on the shop floor with strong KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day online operation in-store, keeping vans on the road and customers happy.
• Own the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.
• Manage rota planning to ensure picker and driver resources meet demands and accuracy targets.
