Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd in Wisbech is seeking an Online Manager to lead our online operation in-store, ensuring vans run smoothly and customers stay happy. You will drive the online shrink agenda with structured processes and data-led decisions.

You’ll plan rosters, balance picker and driver resources, and coach the team to improve picking accuracy, availability and service. The role demands strong leadership and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.
Strong organisational skills and great customer service.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

Keep the online operation running smoothly and engage the team.
Plan effective rota for picker and driver resources to support in-store online pickers.
Drive accuracy in picking and ensure high availability and customer satisfaction.
Lead with resilience and foster a culture of ownership and accountability.
