Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an experienced Online Manager to run the in-store online operation in Feltham, ensuring strong availability, picking accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, plan rotas, and drive improvements in online performance with data-led decisions.

The role requires prior team leadership in online retail, strong organisational skills, and flexibility to work afternoons and weekends as part of a permanent full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail setting.
• Operational knowledge of online retail operations and fulfillment.
• Experience improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste and shrink.
• Proven ability to develop teams and manage change through leadership.
• Strong organisational skills and customer-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering availability and key metrics.
• Lead with impact by coaching your team to improve routines and processes.
• Drive value across the online operation, respond to customer feedback with action.
• Develop and manage rotas to ensure picker and driver resource alignment.
• Foster a culture of selling with personality and pride in service.
