Asda is recruiting an Online Manager to lead the in-store online operation from Gosforth, driving engagement and ensuring efficient rota planning, picker and driver resources, and high service levels for customers.

The role requires experience as a Team Leader or Manager in online retail, with strong organisational skills, flexibility for varied shifts, and a focus on continuous improvement in availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex Online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge on Online retail environment.
• Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
• Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.

Responsibilities

• Drive online operation in store by engaging the team and ensuring the vans stay on the road.
• Lead the online shrink agenda with structured data-led decisions and rota planning.
• Improve picking accuracy and availability to guarantee a smooth online service.
• Develop the team and create a culture of selling with heart and pride.
