Job summary

Morrisons is seeking an Online Team Leader to guide a team responsible for picking, packing and preparing online orders for prompt delivery. You will coach staff, streamline processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain service levels across the store.

You will monitor performance, analyse data and work with the Online Manager to identify opportunities to speed up fulfilment, reduce substitutions and uphold safety and policy standards within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading online order routines and coaching teams to meet deadlines.
• Ability to build strong cross-store relationships.
• Ability to manage workload and keep schedules on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and coordinate a team to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready on time.
• Coach the team to deliver outstanding service with a customer-centric mindset.
• Analyse department data with the Online Manager to improve speed and reduce substitutions.
• Maintain high standards, ensure legal compliance and manage team workload.
