Job summary

Morrisons Online Manager role overseeing a dynamic team responsible for picking, packing and delivering groceries with care. You’ll ensure every home delivery meets the high standards our customers expect, and lead a sleeves-rolled-up approach to keep orders accurate and on time.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive scheduling, training, and performance across shifts, while collaborating with other departments to hit targets and maintain service levels.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, review customer feedback, track pick accuracy, and ensure orders are ready on time.
• Lead and develop your team: own department scheduling, training, and performance to empower colleagues across areas.
• Drive performance and standards: work with store managers to build a high‑performing, purpose-driven environment.
• Keep operations on track: plan resources, manage daily routines, and build strong relationships with other departments.
