Job summary

Morrisons online team leader role focused on coordinating a team of colleagues to ensure every online order is picked, packed and ready on time. You’ll lead, support and coach the team to maintain service levels and customer satisfaction.

You’ll build cross-functional relationships across the store, analyse performance data and drive standards while ensuring safety, compliance and efficient workload management in a fast-paced environment.
