Job summary

Morrisons Online Manager role in the UK leads a flexible, engaged team responsible for picking, packing and delivering orders with care. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive order accuracy, motivate shifts and ensure high service standards across home delivery.

You will work with other departments to keep operations smooth, maintain excellent customer service and sustain profitable store performance through shifts and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Leads and runs shifts as Manager in Charge with food delivery standards.
• Builds strong, supportive teams and communicates openly.
• Listens to customer and colleague feedback to improve order delivery.
• Manages budgets, shrink, waste, and resources to protect profitability.
