Job summary

Morrisons Online Manager role in the UK leads a flexible, engaged team responsible for picking, packing and delivering orders with care. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will drive order accuracy, motivate shifts and ensure high service standards across home delivery.

You will work with other departments to keep operations smooth, maintain excellent customer service and sustain profitable store performance through shifts and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Leads and runs shifts as Manager in Charge with food delivery standards.

Job description

Our Online operations play a huge part in bringing the best of Morrisons directly to our customers' doorsteps. As an Online Manager, you'll lead a flexible, engaged team to pick, pack, and deliver with care, making sure every home delivery meets the high standards our shoppers expect. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you'll bring a "sleeves rolled up" approach to managing your department, driving order accuracy, and keeping your team supported and motivated through every shift. In this role, you'll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, taking time to review customer feedback, track pick accuracy, and ensure orders are ready on time.
• Lead and develop your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, training, and performance, giving your colleagues the confidence and flexibility to work effectively across different areas.
• Drive performance and standards: Work alongside other store managers to build a supportive, high-performing environment where everyone works with a clear purpose to hit department targets.
• Keep operations on track: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily routines efficiently, and build strong working relationships with other operating departments across the store.
