Job summary

Morrisons Online operations play a crucial role in bringing our groceries to customers' doors. As an Online Manager, you will lead a flexible, engaged team to pick, pack, and deliver with care, ensuring every home delivery meets our high standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll drive order accuracy and support your team through every shift. In this role you’ll be on hand to plan resources, schedule and train staff, and work with other store managers to maintain a high-performing,

• Keep operations on track: Plan resources thoroughly, manage daily routines efficiently, and build strong working relationships with other operating departments across the store.

Our Online operations play a huge part in bringing the best of Morrisons directly to our customers' doorsteps. As an Online Manager, you’ll lead a flexible, engaged team to pick, pack, and deliver with care, making sure every home delivery meets the high standards our shoppers expect.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you’ll bring a "sleeves rolled up" approach to managing your department, driving order accuracy, and keeping your team supported and motivated through every shift.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:

• Put customers first: Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, taking time to review customer feedback, track pick accuracy, and ensure orders are ready on time.
• Lead and develop your team: Take ownership of department scheduling, training, and performance, giving your colleagues the confidence and flexibility to work effectively across different areas.
