You’ll coach department managers, oversee safety and legal compliance, optimise stock availability, review data, and implement improvements across shifts to deliver excellent daily service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a large, fast-paced retail operation.
• Ability to coach and develop department managers.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on Sales availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the store team; mentor department heads with clear growth plans.
• Maintain high safety, hygiene and legal standards across shifts.
• Review store data to spot opportunities and ensure shelves are well stocked.
• Support teams through change by listening to customer feedback and acting on it.
