Job summary

Morrisons in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Online Team Leader to coordinate a busy online order picking, packing and dispatch team. You will coach colleagues, streamline processes and build cross-functional relationships across the store to maintain high customer service levels.

In this role you’ll lead with a customer-centric mindset, analyse department data with the Online Manager to identify opportunities, and ensure all routines are completed on time while adhering to store

Qualifications

Experience leading online order picking/dispatch teams.
Ability to coach and develop colleagues to meet deadlines.
Comfort with analysing data to identify process improvements.
