• Collaborate with colleagues to provide an excellent, efficient and personalised student experience, often acting as first point of contact for students.
• Supports administrative activities and events including enrolment, assessment and evaluation, ensuring online students have a well-supported and successful educational experience.
• Exhibits excellent customer service, engaging communication, and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
