Job summary

City St George's, University of London is seeking a proactive administrator to join the Bayes Digital Learning team. You will help deliver an excellent and personalised online student experience, often acting as the first point of contact for students.

The role supports enrolment, assessment and evaluation and helps organise events, ensuring Bayes online learners have a well-supported educational journey.

Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) is among the small group of business schools with an established reputation for excellence in both business research and education. Bayes holds the "triple-crown" accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS).

The Bayes Digital Learning team supports the development and delivery of high-quality online programmes and short courses, as a core part of Bayes' strategy.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, an engaging communication style and be confident working with diverse stakeholders. An eye for detail and proficiency using a range of technologies in an online learning environment will be advantageous, as will experience of working within a Higher or Further Education institution. They should be flexible, comfortable with change and understand the importance of delivering the best experience for our students.
