Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Course Operations Manager to lead the delivery of course administration across the School, ensuring consistent, student-focused processes across Clerkenwell and Tooting campuses.

You will manage Course Operations teams, align with regulations and quality requirements, and drive continuous improvement in enquiry management, registration, induction, timetabling, assessment, progression, award and graduation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of higher education procedures and administrative processes.
• Experience leading course operations or equivalent in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to influence, coordinate and delegate effectively.
