Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is expanding its Bayes Digital Learning team to support the development and delivery of online programmes and short courses. The role involves being the first point of contact for students and ensuring a smooth, personalised student experience across enrolment, assessment and evaluation.

The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, engage effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, and adapt to a fast-paced online education

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Engaging communication style and experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Eye for detail and proficiency using technologies in an online learning environment.
• Experience in Higher or Further Education is desirable.
• Flexible and comfortable with change; focused on delivering the best student experience.
