Sainsbury's is seeking an experienced Online Store Manager to lead the delivery of the in-store online service. You will supervise a large team of shoppers and drivers, coach staff, and ensure a seamless and safe shopping experience for both online and in-store customers.

You will work with other store managers to drive customer satisfaction, meet KPIs, manage performance and absence, and uphold high standards across operations.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a fast-paced, customer-facing team.
• Proven ability to deliver brilliant customer service.
• Experience meeting KPIs such as sales and availability.
• Ability to manage disciplinaries and performance issues.
• Experience with scheduling and pay administration.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team to ensure the success of the in store online service.
• Be a visible leader, engaging and coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers to deliver a seamless and safe shopping experience for all our online and in store customers.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the success of shopping experience of the overall store.
• People management is a big part of the role, managing performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries and ensuring scheduling and pay are accurate.
