Job summary

Sainsbury's Tonbridge store is seeking an experienced online store manager to lead the delivery team for the in-store online service. You will oversee shoppers and drivers, ensuring a seamless and safe shopping experience for online and in-store customers.

You will manage performance, scheduling and pay, coach colleagues, and collaborate with other managers to enhance the overall store shopping experience. Previous line-management in a fast-paced environment and a track record of meeting KPIs

• Previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
• Provides brilliant customer service and coaches a team to do the same.
• Delivers KPIs or other performance indicators.
• Can manage disciplinaries, performance issues or other employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Plan and orchestrate the delivery of an online picking and delivery team for in-store online service.
• Be a visible leader, coaching a large team of shoppers and drivers for a seamless, safe shopping experience.
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure the shopping experience across the store.
• Manage performance, scheduling and pay, including disciplinary processes.
