Online Category Analyst

£26,000 to £30,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
12-month fixed-term contract
Manchester City Centre, in this role you’ll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and coming into the office at least twice a week (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We’re looking for an Online Category Analyst to join our Q-Commerce team. We’ll look to you to support Co‑op’s understanding of our online shopper and help drive decision‑making within the Q‑Commerce team. You’ll support the Category Manager to extract and analyse data that will be presented to partners to support decisions for our Co‑op.

What you’ll do
  • Extract and manage large sets of data for internal partners
  • Organise and co‑ordinate agendas for strategic online supplier meetings, and support with actions being delegated to the appropriate people
  • Provide reports to support ongoing Q‑Commerce business performance
  • Provide product‑level sales reporting to our online suppliers
  • Own the creation of category online ranging process
  • Collaborate with external contacts in our supplier base to bring external insight and data into Co‑op

  • Great Microsoft Excel skills and confidence in looking at large sets of data
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
