Job summary

Asda Stores Ltd is seeking an Online Format & Capacity Coordinator to shape and deliver capacity projects across the store estate, ensuring right infrastructure for customer collections and returns. You will coordinate programmes from concept to implementation, balancing operational needs, customer experience and financial performance.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, store visits, and driving cost-effective improvements within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programmes or operational initiatives in retail, logistics, or similar environment.
• Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision making.
• Commercial awareness and budget/cost-improvement experience.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of format and capacity initiatives across our stores, including stores visits and handover to operations.
• Assist budget management, forecast accuracy and cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify, trial and implement innovative solutions to improve capacity and efficiency.
• Contribute to long-term capacity strategies and explore new approaches to storage and parcel management.
• Track project impact and report cost savings embedded in performance.
