Job summary

OMEGA Drywall & Insulation Distributors in the UK is seeking an Online Sales Executive to drive orders through online channels and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfilment while building strong relationships with trade and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or builders’ merchant sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s building materials through online channels.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, website, phone, and social media.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up to secure sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade and retail customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintain customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries professionally.
