Job summary

OMEGA Drywall & Insulation Distributors in the UK is seeking a motivated Field Sales Agent to build and nurture relationships with trade customers, contractors and commercial clients while promoting our building materials and construction products.

As a full-time on-site role, you will visit customer sites, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and help achieve agreed sales targets. A Full UK driving licence is preferred, and immediate start is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or business development in building materials or construction.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade customers and business clients.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate business leads.
• Promote and sell building materials and company products to commercial customers.
• Visit customer sites to provide product advice and sales support.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and secure customer orders.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.
• Liaise with internal sales, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
