Wallace Hind Selection Ltd. is recruiting a Sales Manager for the UK insulation division, focused on building and developing distributor and merchant channels. The role is homebased with UK-wide reach and offers strong career growth within a multi‑million euro manufacturer.

You will lead national distributor relationships, provide product training and sales support, and drive promotions across insulation products while reporting to the UK Managing Director.

Qualifications

• Excellent distributor/merchant management experience.
• Knowledge of insulation products and markets.
• Technically astute.
• Comfortable managing a UK-wide territory.
• Excellent account managing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales through national, regional and independent distributors.
• Maintain and strengthen distributor and merchant relationships.
• Deliver product training, technical support and sales enablement.
• Work with partners on pricing, margins, promotions and stock profiles.
• Drive product awareness and pull-through demand.
• Promote the wider group portfolio, including HVAC and marine products.
• Monitor performance, market feedback and competitor activity.
• Provide forecasting and sales reporting.
• Develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels of the organisation internally and externally.
• Provide analysis on new or emerging markets within the sector.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to optimise selling potential and retain existing customer portfolio.
