Job summary

SENse Learning is hiring SEND Teachers in Banbury to provide one-to-one support for SEND learners across KS1–KS5. Roles are flexible, including in-person, hybrid, and remote options, with ongoing interviews as applications arrive.

Applicants should have 2+ years post-NQT experience, QTS/QTLS, and an enhanced DBS. The role focuses on trauma-informed, child-centered teaching to help students achieve education goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT experience with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS clearance and 2+ references
• UK right to work

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote and hybrid one-to-one tutoring for SEND learners
• Plan lessons tailored to EHCP and risk assessments
• Build strong relationships with children and young people with diverse needs
• Record progress and report to families and local authorities as required
