Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage the onboarding process. This role involves coordinating with IT and L&D teams to ensure candidates have access and training set up. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment onboarding, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in communication. This temporary full-time position offers hybrid working with an immediate start.

Qualifications

  • First-hand recruitment onboarding experience is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of right to work checking, including visa restrictions.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage workload to required SLAs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full onboarding process from point of offer to start date.
  • Liaise with the IT team to ensure access setup for company systems.
  • Assist the L&D team to collect certifications and set up training modules.
  • Provide general recruitment support including interview coordination.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
