Job summary

FISCAL Technologies is seeking an Onboarding Executive based at our Reading HQ for a full-time hybrid role. You’ll manage customer onboardings from kickoff to handover to Customer Success, learning from senior teammates and shaping how clients start realising value in our AI-driven software.

In your first year you’ll progress from learning the product to leading onboardings, coordinating data extraction from ERP systems, delivering training, and growing a repeatable onboarding playbook with

Qualifications

• Around 1 to 2 years in onboarding, implementation, project coordination, customer support or account management.
• A highly organised approach: you like a plan, and you follow through on it.
• Confidence on customer calls and explaining things clearly.
• Comfort with data and spreadsheets, and an eye for when something doesn’t look right.
• Experience with B2B SaaS onboarding, ERP systems, or Accounts Payable is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Plan each onboarding, agree owners and timelines, and keep it on track.
• Work with customer finance and IT teams to extract data from their ERP and other data sources.
• Manage data imports and set-up, and check the data with our forensic tools.
• Deliver training that helps busy AP teams make FISCAL part of their routine.
• Help existing customers add modules, sites and licences, or move to a new ERP.
• Improve our onboarding playbook and try AI-assisted ways of working.
