This role requires proven experience leading HR technology projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial health across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, manage executive relationships, and achieve business objectives successfully, with opportunities for flexible working across the UK.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years leading complex HR technology implementations.
• Credible at executive level with budget ownership.
• Able to lead difficult conversations and chair steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex customer implementations.
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Own financial health, scope, and change control of projects.
