Job summary

TRIA in Bristol is seeking a Customer Onboarding Project Manager to own end-to-end onboarding for new customers within a fast-moving, data-driven team. Hybrid role: 3 days in Central Bristol with an attractive package including £55–60,000 salary plus an 8% bonus and industry leading benefits.

You will drive kickoff to go-live, manage senior stakeholders, and coordinate Engineering, Data, Customer Success and Design to deliver successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within SaaS, technology or a client-facing implementation environment.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and ownership of customer journey.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of the platform for new customers.
• Act as the primary project contact, building relationships and managing expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams across Engineering, Data, Customer Success and Design to deliver implementations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Oversee technical onboarding activities, including data integrations, configuration and customization.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep implementations on track.
• Provide regular project updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customers are fully set up and ready for go-live.
