Job summary

Integral UK is seeking a Scheduler to manage end-to-end work orders, coordinating planned and reactive services with engineering and supply chain within a facilities management context.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to stay calm in a high-paced environment, and experience in a customer-service driven setting with SLAs. You will work on mobile resource planning and collaborate across functions to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in work order scheduling / mobile resource planning.
• Experience coordinating field-service delivery with parts management and subcontractors.
• Customer SLA driven service environment experience with performance targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end work order management, coordinating planned and reactive services with engineering and supply chain.
• Accurately record information to resolve service requests and incidents with proper classification for trend analysis.
• Monitor, action, and escalate work orders and incidents to meet service levels and inform customers of status.
• Procure services from external partners, including PO creation and delivery management.
• Develop and maintain understanding of Maximo, scheduling systems and related client processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve skills and maintain records of development and call observations.
• Keep up to date with contract changes and share learnings with team and stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve customer issues per the Customer Complaint process.
• Be prepared to support other contracts, projects and initiatives as needed.
