Node4 Ltd. in the UK is seeking an on-site IT Support specialist to join our Managed Services On Premise team. You will provide end-user, server, software, and network troubleshooting for a strategic client, covering cloud and desktop environments.

This role emphasizes customer-facing service, incident handling, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. Travel to Central London client sites is required, and ITIL practices underpin day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP environment or on-site IT support.
• Ability to support end-user devices, servers, and networks.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within Central London.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Itil-based environment experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to a strategic customer as a trusted expert.
• Manage incoming support requests via phone, email, and monitoring alerts.
• Categorise and prioritise tickets in line with SLAs.
• Escalate incidents and communicate with suppliers when needed.
• Produce documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Support monitoring systems and change requests; perform site visits as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
