Job summary

ManpowerGroup partnered MSP in Morley, Leeds, is seeking a Senior IT Support Technician with 4–5 years in IT support to troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and cloud solutions. You will support end-user systems and collaborate with diverse clients in a fast-paced MSP environment.

The role focuses on providing high-quality customer service, managing tickets, and maintaining documentation as you strengthen cloud and infrastructure skills.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in IT Support, Service Desk, or Infrastructure Support role
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience
• Networking knowledge including VPNs, VLANs, switching, routing and firewall concepts
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Azure services
• Intune and Endpoint Management knowledge
• Exposure to backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Relevant Microsoft or networking certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support across desktop, server, and cloud environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune
• Diagnose and resolve networking issues including VLANs, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing
• Manage support tickets and system alerts through the helpdesk platform
• Keep customers informed with clear and professional communication throughout resolution
• Escalate more complex incidents to senior engineers when required
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
