Qualifications

• Excellent technical knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 2019/O365.
• Solid experience in a customer service role.
• 2nd and 3rd line experience across a wide range of software packages.
• Experience of 2-factor authentication technologies for remote access.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Packaging MSI for SCCM.
• ITIL processes: Incident, Problem and Change Management.
• Able to cope under pressure and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across satellite campuses.
• Assist and supporting other IT Support Engineers with escalations to resolution.
• Provide training and supporting documentation where appropriate.
• Ensure IT devices and software are fully functional and optimised for users.
