Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship in mechanical services maintenance, such as City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3.
• Fully Gas Safe qualified and conversant with the Gas Regulations Act.
• Full driving licence with the ability to be insured for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reactive, planned, and preventative maintenance on heating and ventilation systems.
• Install new and adapt existing installations as required.
• Perform systems fault finding and report to the Mechanical Team Supervisor.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to technicians and apprentices.
