Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and general building services support.
• Conduct emergency lighting & lamp changes.
• Perform electrical & fire alarm testing.
• Fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical).
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Deliver excellent service to our clients.
