Qualifications

• Professional IT qualifications in IT Infrastructure fields with significant IT work experience as an IT Engineer / Administrator.
• IT team leadership experience or suitable management training / certifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day service availability and maintenance of all IT infrastructure services.
• Oversee deliverables of the IT Infrastructure team.
• Evaluate services and manage improvements.
• Train and develop direct reports.
• Maintain comms rooms and services securing their power.
• Oversee security services (firewalls, pen testing, compliance updates).
• Plan and run team meetings and workshops.
• Act as an escalation point for out-of-hours support.
