Job summary

moveatech Limited in Evesham seeks an experienced on-site Facilities Manager to lead a high-profile Hard FM operation. You will own delivery, drive compliance, motivate the site team and manage budgets with a clear focus on risk and safety.

You will champion health and safety, oversee KPI performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering value and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• IWFM Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial Hard FM or estates leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience with statutory and mandatory compliance including audits.
• Experience managing service delivery, KPIs, budgets and costs.
• First-line people management experience to lead and develop teams.
• Credible customer and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation and strategic estate management.
• Drive statutory and mandatory compliance across service delivery.
• Ensure hazards are identified and risk assessments are completed.
• Champion health and safety standards and policy compliance.
• Manage performance against KPIs and contribution to service delivery.
• Lead and develop the site team and employment processes.
• Manage site budgets, monitor P&L and identify opportunities.
• Support environmental management and carbon programmes.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance; ensure safety and timeliness.
