adi Facilities Engineering Ltd is seeking an experienced Hard Services Facilities Manager to lead the delivery of hard facilities management across a customer site in Towcester, Northamptonshire. You will oversee safe, compliant operations and act as the main point of contact for Site Managers, engineering teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract and technical management for engineering and hard services contracts.
• Experience with planned and reactive work order systems across multiple sites.
• Experience in energy savings initiatives.
• Strong contractor management, commercial and site monitoring.
• Background in the food manufacturing or distribution industry.
• Experience in managing engineering personnel.
• Strong client relationship skills with direct client interactions.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams and drive project delivery of minor works.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for safe, compliant delivery of hard facilities management.
• Lead management of site infrastructure, utilities, PPM, reactive maintenance and minor works.
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders as the main FM contact.
• Manage site budgets, forecasting, performance reporting and contract delivery.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements, cost savings and additional works.
