Job summary

Elite People Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end Hard FM operations across multiple sites. You will provide strategic leadership to engineering, technical support, and service desk teams to meet statutory requirements, client SLAs, and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

You will drive operational excellence, manage budgets, and promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hard FM operations management.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• 5+ years in operations with senior leadership/management responsibilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary operational teams across sites.
• Ensure safe, compliant service delivery and SLA achievement.
• Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and procurement across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimisation of labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Manage performance reviews, appraisals, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with UK regulations, RAMS, permits to work and safety standards.
