Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Evesham is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a complex hard FM operation. You'll oversee compliance, service delivery, and the site team, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant management of the estate.

You'll be hands-on, manage KPIs and budgets, drive improvements, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. IWFM Level 3 qualification and security clearance will be required; the role is 39 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities.

• Strong experience in Hard FM, Estates or Engineering.
• IWFM Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience managing statutory and mandatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and service delivery.
• Previous first-line management experience.
• Confident stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Resilient and organized with ability to manage competing demands.
• Experience in secure or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Security clearance will be required with support through the process.

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for a new leadership opportunity in Evesham? You'll take a visible role in leading a complex estate, with responsibility for compliance, service delivery, team performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

As the Facilities Manager, you'll provide visible leadership across the estate and ensure services are delivered safely, compliantly and effectively.

What we're looking for

You’ll be an established Facilities Manager, Hard FM or Estates professional with the confidence to lead teams and manage a complex operational environment.

• Strong experience within Hard FM, Estates, engineering or a similar technical environment
• IWFM Level 3 or an equivalent relevant qualification
• Experience managing statutory and mandatory compliance
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and service delivery
• Previous first‑line management experience
• Confident stakeholder and client relationship management skills
• A resilient and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing demands
• Previous experience in a secure or highly regulated environment would be advantageous
• Strong transferable experience from a complex technical or operational environment will also be consideredSecurity Clearance will be required, with support provided throughout the process.

The role offers 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an on‑call requirement for operational escalations. The recruitment process will consist of an initial Microsoft Teams interview followed by a face‑to‑face interview.
