Job summary

moveatech Limited in Evesham seeks an experienced on-site Facilities Manager to lead a high-profile Hard FM operation. You will own delivery, drive compliance, motivate the site team and manage budgets with a clear focus on risk and safety.

You will champion health and safety, oversee KPI performance, and build strong stakeholder relationships while delivering value and continuous improvement on site.

Qualifications

• IWFM Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Substantial Hard FM or estates leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation.
• Experience with statutory and mandatory compliance including audits.
• Experience managing service delivery, KPIs, budgets and costs.
• First-line people management experience to lead and develop teams.
• Credible customer and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

Facilities Manager Evesham

We are looking for an experienced on-site Facilities Manager to take a high profile leadership role within a complex, operationally demanding Hard FM environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing teams and making a visible, lasting impact.

What you will do:

• Lead the day-to-day operation and strategic management of the estate on behalf of the client.
• Drive and maintain statutory and mandatory compliance across all areas of service delivery.
• Ensure hazards are identified and suitable, sufficient risk assessments are completed to reduce or eliminate risk.
• Champion strong health and safety standards, ensuring colleagues understand and comply with policies and procedures.
• Manage performance against KPIs and ensure the team understands how its work contributes to successful service delivery.
• Lead, support and develop the site team, including first-line management and employment processes.
• Manage site budgets, monitor profit and loss, and identify additional works opportunities.

• Support environmental management and local and business zero-carbon programmes.
• Maintain strong operational oversight of planned and reactive maintenance activity, ensuring work is completed safely and on time.

What you will bring:

• A recognised and relevant technical or facilities management qualification, ideally IWFM Level 3 or equivalent.
• Substantial experience leading Hard FM or estates services in a complex operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and the practical implementation of policies.
• Sound knowledge of statutory and mandatory compliance, including experience preparing for external audits.
• Experience managing service delivery, KPIs, budgets and costs.
• Confident first-line people management experience, with the ability to lead and develop teams.
• credible customer and stakeholder relationship management skills.
