Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in Evesham is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a complex hard FM operation. You'll oversee compliance, service delivery, and the site team, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant management of the estate.

You'll be hands-on, manage KPIs and budgets, drive improvements, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. IWFM Level 3 qualification and security clearance will be required; the role is 39 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Hard FM, Estates or Engineering.
• IWFM Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience managing statutory and mandatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets and service delivery.
• Previous first-line management experience.
• Confident stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Resilient and organized with ability to manage competing demands.
• Experience in secure or highly regulated environments is advantageous.
• Security clearance will be required with support through the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation and management of the estate.
• Drive statutory and mandatory compliance across all services.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety and timeliness.
• Lead, support and develop the site team.
• Monitor KPIs, service standards, budgets and costs.
• Carry out audits and spot checks to maintain quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and escalations; address service backlogs.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across the site.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call arrangement for escalations.
