Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking an Operational Trainer for their British Gypsum site in Nottingham. The role involves delivering training material directly to drivers, conducting site inductions, and advocating for health and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and excellent knowledge of the training cycle. A CLASS 2 licence is also required. Qualifications

• Experience in delivering training to diverse groups, preferably within a logistics environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver key training material to drivers at the site either on the site or in a classroom environment.
• Be involved in site inductions to new starters, refresher training and QHSE training.
• Be an advocate for health & safety ensuring we are always operating in a safe environment.
• Support our ‘step-up’ members of the team in their development at the site.
