Berwick Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact for customers, delivering an outstanding experience. You will manage inquiries, process orders, and provide proactive updates while collaborating with internal teams to maintain high service standards.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Stafford Park, Telford location, with focus on accuracy, responsiveness and continuous improvement of customer interactions.

Qualifications
