• Process customer orders accurately and liaise with internal teams to fulfill orders.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotes; support pricing and tender processes.
• Resolve complaints and returns professionally and identify root causes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs, manage workload in a fast-paced environment and improve processes.
